Eastern Harmony Mental Health is urgently dedicated to saving the lives of Asian Americans battling depression and suicide. Every 6.5 hours, one Asian American commits suicide. We provide emergency help, raise awareness, and break the stigma around mental health in San Bernardino and Riverside County.

According to the CDC, here are some facts about depression and suicide in the Asian American community: The overall suicide rate for Asian Americans is about 6.8 per 100,000 people per year​. Which translates to one suicide every 6.5 hours.

Suicide rates among Asian Americans have risen by 60% over the past decade and suicide is the leading cause of death for Asian Americans aged 15-24.
